At Connect we enjoy a regular dose of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
At our latest ‘lunchtime learning’ session we were very grateful to benefit from the expertise of Paul Gebbett, who leads the Strategic Transport Modelling Team at Stantec.
Paul kindly delivered an illustrated overview of transport and traffic modelling, in which he covered the range of scales and types of models, the principles behind them, their uses, limitations, and capabilities. He also provided a valuable question and answer session afterwards.
The presentation helped us at Connect to further our own understanding of this discipline, and it will help us all to apply that knowledge to our current and future projects with our clients and partners.
