Connect Consultants worked alongside Trail Architects to deliver a mixed use ‘Eco Leisure’ proposal at Thoultsone Park, near Warminster, Wiltshire.

The site, a former golf club with golf course, driving range and hotel is substantial at approximately 40Ha.  The proposal was to redevelop the site to provide holiday accommodation, restaurant, farm shop and leisure/conferencing facilities. The site is accessed from the A36 trunk road, which is under the authority of National Highways.

The site was granted planning permission under delegated powers, with Highways England (now National Highways) and County Highways support.
