We are very pleased to have helped our client achieve planning permission for this residential development on the site of a derelict former pub in Stoke on Trent.

The proposals included the demolition of the pub and its car park, and the construction of seven new homes with parking, as well as a new access road and junction.

We worked with architectsĀ Corstorphine & WrightĀ to design a layout which maximises the developable space for houses and parking, whilst ensuring that the access and internal road are suitable and of high quality design.

OurĀ Transport PlanningĀ team produced aĀ Transport StatementĀ for the planning application, and ourĀ Highway DesignĀ team advised on the access and road design.

Planning approval was granted in October.
