We are very pleased to have helped our client achieve planning permission for this residential development on the site of a derelict former pub in Stoke on Trent.

The proposals included the demolition of the pub and its car park, and the construction of seven new homes with parking, as well as a new access road and junction.

We worked with architects Corstorphine & Wright to design a layout which maximises the developable space for houses and parking, whilst ensuring that the access and internal road are suitable and of high quality design.

Our Transport Planning team produced a Transport Statement for the planning application, and our Highway Design team advised on the access and road design.

Planning approval was granted in October.
